About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end setup of new operational systems including ticketing platforms, telephony, and CRM environments
- Manage daily administration of core CX systems such as Zendesk, telephony/VoIP, and CRM platforms
- Develop and maintain automation solutions, scripts, and system workflows to improve efficiency
- Act as system owner for core CX tools ensuring seamless integrations via APIs and webhooks
- Extract, analyze, and validate system data and operational metrics for reporting
- Evaluate customer service workflows and recommend enhancements for scalability and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service Systems, CRM Administration, or Technical Operations
- Hands-on experience administering platforms like Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM systems
- Familiarity with customer service workflows and ticket lifecycle management
- Experience with user access management, system configurations, and workflow automation
- Proficiency in extracting and analyzing system data for operational insights
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
