Customer Service Support Specialist (SAP Order Entry Management)

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP via email and web platforms
• Generate reports using SAP and MS Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
• Oversee returns processing, including coordination with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales teams by collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least one (1) year of experience in SAP Order Entry processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN)
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
