About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rental business and ensure smooth vehicle handovers and returns
- Focus on customer satisfaction and shape a positive customer journey
- Support station management with personnel planning and team training
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, especially in customer interaction
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a similar field
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly, professional, and open demeanor
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills for direct customer contact
- Organizational talent and the ability to find solutions in challenging situations
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Valid Class B driver's license
