About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including order status, repair/calibration requests, and product returns
  • Assist with accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, and contract or lease administration
  • Handle order booking, processing quotes, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
  • Monitor inventories and coordinate the delivery of factory products in a manufacturing environment
  • Resolve customer and internal issues by applying established company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • Higher education, specialized training, or certification (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to read and write in one or more languages
