About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive, register and process customer samples in the system, including sample coding and documentation management
  • Review customer requirements and create testing orders, ensuring correct test methods and laboratories are assigned
  • Prepare order confirmations, communicate updates, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution
  • Monitor testing progress and follow up on results to ensure service quality and turnaround time
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection processes while maintaining accurate revenue records
  • Track orders and respond to customer inquiries throughout the testing process
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and the Quality Management System

Requirements

  • College or University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology
  • Open to fresh graduates or experienced staff with less than 2 years of experience
  • English proficiency level B or equivalent
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Full working rights in Vietnam
