About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, register and process customer samples in the system, including sample coding and documentation management
- Review customer requirements and create testing orders, ensuring correct test methods and laboratories are assigned
- Prepare order confirmations, communicate updates, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution
- Monitor testing progress and follow up on results to ensure service quality and turnaround time
- Handle invoicing and payment collection processes while maintaining accurate revenue records
- Track orders and respond to customer inquiries throughout the testing process
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and the Quality Management System
Requirements
- College or University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology
- Open to fresh graduates or experienced staff with less than 2 years of experience
- English proficiency level B or equivalent
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Full working rights in Vietnam
