About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of sponsor benefits, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand presence.
- Execute and validate brand activations and presence across campuses and digital channels.
- Provide administrative support for accounts, including managing contracts, invoicing, and collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the correct execution of all sponsor benefits.
- Integrate evidence and assist in the creation of compliance and fulfillment reports.
- Provide operational customer service to sponsors, managing requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, events, or administrative functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Desirable experience in account management and follow-up.
