Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer advocate to ensure high service levels and smooth order execution
• Handle customer inquiries and monitor order status, including creation and system entry
• Verify transport costs against financial documentation
• Analyze production plans and ensure execution remains on track
• Coordinate orders closely with production and other departments to ensure smooth information flow
• Organize transportation and ensure on-time deliveries
• Prepare transport, warehouse, and customs clearance documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records in both digital and physical formats
• Prepare documentation related to inter-warehouse transfers

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Fluency in English for daily professional use
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
