About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer service, installation, and warranty activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all service and installation activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules for field teams and manage the installation/service calendar.
  • Verify jobsite readiness, including site access, customer availability, and required permits.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure tools, equipment, and personnel are properly allocated for each job.
  • Proactively manage schedule changes caused by weather, material delays, or site conditions.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and track installation and service status.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills, including professionalism in stressful situations.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the construction industry.
  • Technical experience with parts, gaskets, or similar components.
  • Experience working with blueprints or AutoCAD.
  • Exposure to the window and door industry.
