Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and stock shelves
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, and visual standards
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
