Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome club members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information about services, activities, and promotions
• Manage reservations and member requests efficiently
• Address inquiries and concerns, offering quick and satisfactory solutions
• Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the club reception
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional experience for all members

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the sports or wellness sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• EU passport and/or authorization to work in Spain is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Balearic Islands
• Knowledge of local regulations in the region
