About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers daily via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Support patients with therapy-related questions, adherence information, and equipment or supply orders
- Process and manage customer orders for medical supplies and equipment
- Create, update, and maintain accurate customer account records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, billing, warehouse, and clinical staff
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Identify and support service and sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks to ensure operational accuracy
Requirements
- High School Diploma required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
