About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from entry through to delivery and invoice dispatch
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock, delays, and short shipments
  • Manage customer claims including picking errors, damaged goods, or pricing discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, Quality, and logistics departments

Requirements

  • Commercial education
  • 5 years of customer service experience in an international company
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Fashion or Luxury customer service
  • Knowledge of German
  • Proficiency in AS400 and SAP
