About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage orders from entry through to delivery and invoice dispatch
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock, delays, and short shipments
- Manage customer claims including picking errors, damaged goods, or pricing discrepancies
- Coordinate with production, R&D, Quality, and logistics departments
Requirements
- Commercial education
- 5 years of customer service experience in an international company
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fashion or Luxury customer service
- Knowledge of German
- Proficiency in AS400 and SAP
