About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by answering inbound calls and performing diagnostic troubleshooting for beverage carbonation equipment.
  • Use deductive reasoning and probing questions to identify root causes for issues related to bulk CO2 tanks, nitrogen generators, and gas blenders.
  • Process customer requests for delivery and service, manage sales leads, and handle payment processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate critical matters and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Maintain accurate call coding, documentation, and routing while meeting productivity and quality metrics.
  • Manage a heavy influx of information via email updates and memos to ensure immediate action on service needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to attend a mandatory 3-week onsite training program.
  • Ability to report to the Stuart, FL headquarters daily (this is not a remote position).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in restaurant, food service, manufacturing, or mechanical industries.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
