Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support for export, domestic sales, and import transactions
• Ensure the smooth operation of sales and procurement processes
• Register and finalize contracts within the corporate management system
• Manage orders, including data entry and verification
• Track shipments and monitor fulfillment status
• Support invoicing processes
• Maintain daily contact with partner departments and external stakeholders
• Manage records, reports, and data provision

Requirements

• Secondary education degree
• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Communicative English proficiency (both written and verbal)
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, export-import, or customer service sectors
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Navision
• Experience communicating with international partners
