About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, including entry, tracking, and follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve shipping, invoicing, and order discrepancies
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as AR, warehouse, and supply chain to address escalations
- Monitor account activity and identify trends or risks
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
- Support claims processing and follow through to resolution
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distribution or logistics environments
- Familiarity with claims and returns processing
- Experience with systems such as SAP, WMS, or TMS
