- Track user-reported bugs and promote product iterations
- Maintain risk control records and generate reports to support decision optimization
Requirements
- Poly diploma or equivalent education or above
- Familiarity with email processing procedures
- Good written communication skills
- Strong service awareness and communication skills
- Proactive with strong learning ability
