About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Process and manage orders within the ERP system (currently AX, transitioning to SAP)
- Place and follow up on stock orders
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain regular contact with customers via telephone and written communication
- Advise customers regarding products and filtration solutions
Requirements
- MBO level 4 vocational training or comparable qualification in Business Economics or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- Accurate, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong customer-oriented and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and find creative solutions
