About the role
Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate entry of sales orders and transactions into the system to prevent operational errors
- Utilize work tools and databases (SAP, technical manuals, portals) to provide accurate product information
- Maintain high quality standards in all customer interactions to meet expectations
- Perform reporting activities to keep customers informed about their order status
Requirements
