About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive customer requests and manage the end-to-end order entry and tracking process
- Execute and control billing processes for products, services, and rentals
- Organize export invoicing and customs processes
- Manage customer master data, including price definitions, updates, and approval workflows
- Manage customer accounts and receivables, coordinating with sales units for payment tracking
- Utilize D365 Microsoft Axapta modules effectively to ensure regular and accurate data entry
- Actively resolve customer problems and maintain coordination with sales and operations units to ensure high satisfaction
- Adhere to Linde Integrity criteria in all professional activities
Requirements
- University degree
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- For male candidates, completion of military service requirements
- Experience in customer-oriented roles is preferred
- Knowledge of D365 or AXAPTA is preferred
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive actively is preferred
