1+ year customer service experience, Optics background preferred, Fluent Mandarin, Basic English proficiency, Secondary school diploma or above

About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls following established service and business protocols
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure accurate information delivery
- Accurately input and organize customer data and documentation
- Proactively notify customers regarding delayed or upcoming order expirations
- Collect and report market feedback and customer suggestions to improve service quality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service execution
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service roles
- Background in optics or ophthalmic lenses is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin with clear verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in English
- Secondary school diploma or above
