Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls following established service and business protocols
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure accurate information delivery
  • Accurately input and organize customer data and documentation
  • Proactively notify customers regarding delayed or upcoming order expirations
  • Collect and report market feedback and customer suggestions to improve service quality
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service execution
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service roles
  • Background in optics or ophthalmic lenses is preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin with clear verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Secondary school diploma or above
