About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into SAP with high accuracy, including processing quotes, sales orders, and managing order tracking.
- Process credit card payments and ensure correct documentation for orders, invoices, and vendor party invoices.
- Create and manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate "Sold to" and "Ship to" information.
- Process warranty claims, create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and handle credit/debit memos.
- Answer incoming calls to assist with customer requests, provide updates, and address concerns promptly.
- Conduct research to resolve inquiries, locate invoices, track shipments, and provide packing slips.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience in customer service, specifically in after-sales support.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
