About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders into SAP with high accuracy, including processing quotes, sales orders, and managing order tracking.
  • Process credit card payments and ensure correct documentation for orders, invoices, and vendor party invoices.
  • Create and manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate "Sold to" and "Ship to" information.
  • Process warranty claims, create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and handle credit/debit memos.
  • Answer incoming calls to assist with customer requests, provide updates, and address concerns promptly.
  • Conduct research to resolve inquiries, locate invoices, track shipments, and provide packing slips.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in customer service, specifically in after-sales support.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
