Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order entry and manage fulfillment processes for designated business groups and customers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company products, applications, and service offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts and proactively implement solutions to address issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet functional objectives and maintain service levels.
• Differentiate between customer requirements and company capabilities to provide cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 6 years of professional experience in similar customer service or order management roles.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/SD modules.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of Export processes and Incoterms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge regarding Letters of Credit.
