About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer care by responding to requests and queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers
- Communicate with logistics providers and internal teams regarding inventory and logistics issues
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Receive and process customer and internal promotional orders using SAP
- Monitor the Order to CASH process and escalate issues to specialists
- Assist with master data setup and maintenance in SAP
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer software (e.g., SAP)
- IT literacy in MS Office and Google applications
- Basic English writing and reading skills
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wholesale customer service
- Previous experience using SAP
- Background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Experience in product allocation and demand planning
