Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email to manage quotes and inquiries
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, warehouse, and sales to meet customer requirements regarding specifications and delivery
• Nurture and grow customer relationships to uncover new business opportunities
• Continuously identify ways to improve the customer experience and total value proposition

Requirements

• Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in resolving issues effectively and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to undergo further training
