Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout the entire rental lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit Control, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer queries, including breakdowns, complaints, and order updates, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Support the sales function by processing customer orders, change orders, and post-order follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within Salesforce and M3.
• Oversee department dashboards and reports to ensure team KPIs and service level expectations are met.
• Handle administrative tasks such as issuing hire/off-hire confirmations, tracking contract extensions, and managing documentation in shared drives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service or contract administration experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and M3.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, results-oriented approach with proactive problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within rental operations.
• Experience in functional mentorship or leading customer service tasks.
