Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout the entire rental lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit Control, and Logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end hire experience.
• Lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage inbound inquiries via telephone and email, resolving queries regarding breakdowns, complaints, and orders.
• Support the sales function by processing customer orders, change orders, and post-order follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within Salesforce and M3.
• Oversee department dashboards and reports to maintain established KPIs and service level expectations.
• Track estimated end-of-hire dates and communicate updates to the Hire Coordination team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B customer service or contract administration experience.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce and M3.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within rental operations.
• Proven ability to provide functional mentorship and proactive problem-solving.
