About the role
Responsibilities
- Structured processing of complex and escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and claims via email (Last Level Support)
- Independent research within internal systems and close collaboration with Finance, Tech, and Legal departments
- Collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows based on case findings
- Supporting the quality team in ensuring the quality of external partners
- Contributing to team knowledge transfer by documenting workflows in English
- Taking responsibility for projects and special cases
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer service (e.g., call center or service provider side) is a plus
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills for deep research tasks
- Confident written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work structured and conscientiously with a hands-on mentality
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, or Zendesk is an advantage
