About the role

Responsibilities

  • Study testing manuals and advise Order Controller teams or clients
  • Communicate with clients to clarify test queries and follow up
  • Perform sample breakdown and assign appropriate test items
  • Manage sample photography and digital organization
  • Input and update report due dates in company software
  • Arrange and summarize account information in internal shared drives
  • Handle internal queries regarding order status
  • Coordinate with Lab, Reporting, and Sales teams to satisfy client requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in Chemical, Textile, Garment industry, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in chemical, garment, yarn, or footwear manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and social intelligence skills
  • Fluency in English; Chinese or Korean is a plus
