About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track customer orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding order status and inventory levels.
  • Support administrative processes including invoicing, credit notes, and remittances.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
  • Coordinate with logistics, collections, planning, and commercial teams.
  • Operate SAP modules for quotes, orders, and billing.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in user service or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
