About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide accurate information regarding order status and inventory levels.
- Support administrative processes including invoicing, credit notes, and remittances.
- Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
- Coordinate with logistics, collections, planning, and commercial teams.
- Operate SAP modules for quotes, orders, and billing.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in user service or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience operating SAP.
- Basic mathematical skills.
