About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Handle customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls to ensure timely payments
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain facility curb appeal and interior cleanliness
- Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or other service-based environments
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk around facilities and work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs
