Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Handle customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Maintain facility curb appeal through cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based environments
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between properties
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments for up to 50% of the time
