Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage administrative tasks including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Assist customers with rental needs, lease agreements, and resolving issues
• Handle collections by making reminder calls and managing delinquent accounts
• Maintain facility curb appeal through cleaning and daily maintenance tasks like sweeping and mopping

Requirements

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments
