About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Handle customer collections and make payment reminder calls
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facility curb appeal and cleanliness
- Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors
Requirements
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, or fast food)
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments
