Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage daily administrative tasks including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Assist customers with rental needs, lease agreements, and resolving account issues
• Perform property maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal
• Handle customer collections and delinquent account calls as required

Requirements

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, or fast food)
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments
