Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Handle customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facility curb appeal and cleanliness
• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales (retail, restaurant, or service-based environments)
• Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments
