Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder or collection calls when required
• Maintain facility cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and exterior grounds maintenance

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, such as in retail, restaurant, or fast food environments
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and work in outdoor environments
