About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Manage daily business operations, including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Handle customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls to ensure timely payments
- Maintain facility curb appeal through cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales-centered environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, or fast food)
- Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for travel between work locations
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk around facilities and work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs
