Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage administrative tasks including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Assist customers with rental needs, lease agreements, and resolving account issues
• Perform facility maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal
• Handle collections by making reminder calls and managing delinquent accounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or other service-based environments
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work independently and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs
