Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Manage daily business operations including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Handle customer accounts by making reminder and collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain interior and exterior curb appeal

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales-centered environments (retail, restaurant, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk around facilities and climb stairs, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments
