About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day management for the Customer Service Team, including regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and resolving performance issues
  • Act as the first point of contact and escalation for facility visitors, service requests, and incident management
  • Manage staff rostering, leave requests, and last-minute shift changes to ensure adequate resourcing
  • Oversee front-of-house relations across multiple sites to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct continuous improvement reviews for processes and best practices
  • Ensure accurate recording of all information and perform regular audits of records

Requirements

  • Previous Team Leading experience within a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of incident management procedures and facility rules
  • Proven ability to support critical infrastructure escalations to appropriate support teams
  • Must be an Australian Citizen to meet security clearance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security Licence (Class 1A or state equivalent)
  • Current Baseline or NV1 AGSVA clearance
