Customer Service & Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email for travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist customers with bookings, changes, and general travel-related requests
• Process customer orders and reservations through online booking platforms
• Identify sales and upselling opportunities to enhance the customer travel experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complete issue resolution
• Build customer loyalty through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Finnish
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven customer service experience
• Sales-oriented attitude with confidence in identifying value-add opportunities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
