About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the rental station team with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of campervans to maintain high standards
- Provide excellent customer service during vehicle pickup and return
- Conduct vehicle checks upon camper return
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar fields
- High level of customer orientation and a friendly demeanor
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to perform manual tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German and solid English
- Valid Class B driver's license
