About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish calibration technician schedules for weekly, monthly, and yearly calibrations
  • Contact customers via phone to schedule calibrations
  • Identify potential scheduling problems
  • Communicate scheduling changes to customers and technicians
  • Create job orders for calibration services
  • Generate quotes and process new services
  • Process product sales and perform basic office administration

Requirements

  • Proven customer service background
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and phone skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to professional phone communication with customers and vendors
