About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish calibration technician schedules for weekly, monthly, and yearly calibrations
- Contact customers via phone to schedule calibrations
- Identify potential scheduling problems
- Communicate scheduling changes to customers and technicians
- Create job orders for calibration services
- Generate quotes and process new services
- Process product sales and perform basic office administration
Requirements
- Proven customer service background
- Excellent computer, organizational, and phone skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to professional phone communication with customers and vendors

- Experience with Microsoft Office
