Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support customers regarding financial products and services through various channels including phone, text, chat, and video chat.
• Act as a front-line problem solver to address client concerns with empathy in a high-volume environment.
• Perform moderately complex customer support tasks and manage risk by following all company policies and procedures.
• Advocate for digital services such as online statement delivery and eSign paperwork.
• Escalate non-routine questions to the customer service supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, financial services, or contact center support experience.
• Ability to attend the full duration of the required six-week training period.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed, including potential weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment.
• Knowledge of internet, mobile, and social media technology.
• Industry experience in financial, mortgage, administrative, collections, or reporting areas.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
