About the role
Responsibilities
- Support small business customers with empathy regarding financial products and services via phone, text, chat, and video chat
- Perform moderately complex customer support tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage risk by strictly following all company policies and procedures
- Advocate for digital services, including online statement delivery and eSign paperwork
- Escalate non-routine questions to the customer service supervisor as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or a Contact Center environment
- Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to attend the full duration of the required 10-week training period
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a metric-driven call center environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
- Knowledge of internet, mobile, and social media technology
- Industry experience in banking, mortgage, or collections
