Customer Service Representative (Warranty Dept)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service and warranty activities with a focus on customer satisfaction and expense control
• Generate quarterly reports and provide feedback on customer issues to the warranty committee
• Assist with NHTSA activities, recall letter processing, and the creation of import documentation for Canada
• Administer vendor part warranties, exchanges, and recall notices
• Assist in generating field service bulletins to inform dealers and field representatives of service issues
• Provide consistent information flow to customers and field representatives
• Perform warranty and repair administration and pre/post-delivery problem solving

Requirements

• A.A. Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of successful sales or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Strong organizational, management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work independently and establish cooperative working relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
