Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support sales consultants and project engineers through project processing and technical consulting
• Provide telephone and in-person customer advice regarding system design and product selection
• Assist the sales force with target achievement, customer retention, and potential customer identification
• Execute sales actions and conduct customer visits as coordinated
• Manage commercial tasks including order clarification, entry, and maintenance
• Handle returns, credit notes, counter-invoices, and commercial complaints
• Perform technical clarifications, including spare parts processing

Requirements

• Knowledge of heating, combustion, control, refrigeration, and ventilation technology
• Sales-specific and business administration knowledge
• Proven experience in customer service and customer support
• Strong IT and computer proficiency
• Confident presentation and moderation skills
