About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming concerns and needs from customers
- Process will-call orders and credits
- Handle transportation, routing, and delivery questions
- Provide customers with invoice copies and manage key pick-up requests
- Monitor orders before cut-off and manage same-day deliveries
- Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
- Maintain call lists and perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in foodservice sales coordination or customer support
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience
