Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and timely processing customer and dealer orders, requests, and concerns
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Enter and update orders and customer records in the ERP system (M3)
• Resolve service issues in a timely manner and document all actions accordingly
• Follow customer service procedures to ensure compliance with CFIA and HACCP guidelines
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Propose innovative ideas to help increase market share

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry
• High level of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in Lethbridge, Alberta, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in an agricultural field of study
• Experience in an agricultural, manufacturing, or corporate environment
• Previous experience using ERP or SAP systems
