About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and provide support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Handle sales and customer service calls and respond to inquiries within predefined timeframes
  • Resolve customer issues and manage the inquiry queue effectively
  • Promote additional products and services by analyzing customer needs
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer information
  • Manage administrative tasks related to Travelstart products and operations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Book and clarify pricing for flights and packages according to customer requests
  • Process refunds for unsuccessful or cancelled bookings
  • Identify and explain flight pricing and schedule changes

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Experience working within the travel industry
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the e-commerce sector
